QuoteLink Quote Icons Explained

The Create Quote and Maintain Quote tabs display information on new and existing quotes. There are a variety of icons that may appear with line items or pricing details. There are additional icons used to differentiate quote status. 


Quote Status Icons

The table below shows the icon and what status is associated with it. 

Status Icon Description
Authorised AuthorisedIcon.jpg Authorised quotes received by the fleet company.
Awaiting Cancellation AwaitingCancellationIcon.jpg Quotes sent to the authorised repairer for cancellation.
Billed BilledIcon.jpg Invoiced quotes transferred to Central Billing for payment.
Cancelled CancelledIcon.jpg Quotes cancelled by the fleet company.
Completed CompletedIcon.jpg Quotes completed by dealers for non-centrally billed fleets.
Deleted DeletedIcon.jpg Quotes deleted by the fleet company.
Discarded DiscardedIcon.jpg Quotes disputed and locked by the fleet company, eventually discarded.
Invoiced InvoicedIcon.jpg Quotes invoiced by the authorised repairer.
Locked LockedIcon.jpg Invoiced quotes locked by the fleet company.
Paid PaidIcon.jpg Jobs paid by the fleet company.
Saved SavedIcon.jpg Quotes saved by the fleet company.
Shared SharedIcon.jpg Quotes shared between the authorised repairer and the fleet company.

Quote Line Item and Pricing Icons

Exclamation Mark in a Yellow Box YellowExclamationPointIcon.jpg Indicates the job has an unpriced part.
Handshake HandshakeIcon.jpg Enables you to set a deal price.
Magnifying Glass MagnifyingGlassIcon.jpg Initiates a new window detailing the parts and labour required for that job.
P or C PromotionalPIcon.jpg or CalculatedCIcon.jpg

Indicates a new window detailing the job's pricing. 

P = Promotional
= Calculated

Pencil & Paper Pencil_PaperIcon.jpg

Appears for service jobs to check the availability of a checksheet.

Trash Can TrashcanIcon.jpg

Removes the job from the quote.

Note: There is no confirmation window. One click completely removes the job.
