The Create Quote and Maintain Quote tabs display information on new and existing quotes. There are a variety of icons that may appear with line items or pricing details. There are additional icons used to differentiate quote status.
Quote Status Icons
The table below shows the icon and what status is associated with it.
| Status | Icon | Description |
| Authorised | Authorised quotes received by the fleet company. | |
| Awaiting Cancellation | Quotes sent to the authorised repairer for cancellation. | |
| Billed | Invoiced quotes transferred to Central Billing for payment. | |
| Cancelled | Quotes cancelled by the fleet company. | |
| Completed | Quotes completed by dealers for non-centrally billed fleets. | |
| Deleted | Quotes deleted by the fleet company. | |
| Discarded | Quotes disputed and locked by the fleet company, eventually discarded. | |
| Invoiced | Quotes invoiced by the authorised repairer. | |
| Locked | Invoiced quotes locked by the fleet company. | |
| Paid | Jobs paid by the fleet company. | |
| Saved | Quotes saved by the fleet company. | |
| Shared | Quotes shared between the authorised repairer and the fleet company. |
Quote Line Item and Pricing Icons

| Exclamation Mark in a Yellow Box | Indicates the job has an unpriced part. | |
| Handshake | Enables you to set a deal price. | |
| Magnifying Glass | Initiates a new window detailing the parts and labour required for that job. | |

Indicates a new window detailing the job's pricing. P = Promotional |

Appears for service jobs to check the availability of a checksheet. |

| Trash Can |
Removes the job from the quote. Note: There is no confirmation window. One click completely removes the job. |
