QuoteLink's Menu Manager contains the functionality for National Sales Company (NSC) customers to change the local menus available to different dealerships. Follow the steps below to quickly create groups of dealers.
Only QuoteLink National Sales Company administrators can access this function.
To create a new dealer group:
- Click the M/Mgr - Admin tab.
- You will be directed to the Menu Manager Administration window. Click the Dealer Groups tab.
- Type a descriptive name in the Dealer Group Display Name.
- Click Save.
- Type the name of the dealer you want to add to the group in the search by dealer name/code search area. Note: You can type a partial name and append an asterisk (*) to the end of the name to search for all names beginning with that string.
- Click Search.
- Tick the box next to any dealer you wish to add to the dealer group and click Add Selected to add them to the dealer group.
Notes:- Dealers with the
image next to their addresses are able to receive local menus.
- Until a dealer is enabled to receive local menus, they will not receive any local menus set up by the NSC, even if they are in a group with local menu rules assigned to it.
