Use the Maintain Quotes tab to search for an existing quote.
To search for a quote:
- Click the Maintain Quotes tab.
- Fill in quote information to the best of your ability.
Options include:- VIN
- Registration Number
- Customer
- Address
- Postcode
- Quote Number
- Date Period
- Choose the appropriate Status, if known, from the drop-down.
- If you wish to include deleted quotes in the search, tick the Include Deleted box. Note: This functionality may not be available to all users.
- When ready, click Search.
- When the desired quote is found, click on it to highlight the record.
- Click Continue to open the quote.
