KB Article #5138
Administrators should set up labour rates for each brand that is available at their location(s) to ensure accurate pricing for their customers.
There are two options to set up Labour Rates:
- Set Rate by Brand
- Set Rate by Job Complexity.
Note: If the Administration tab is not available, you do not have administrator rights. If needed, please contact your local administrator or your Market NSC to upgrade your role.
